Project Description

Seven Acres Ferments are a seasonally-influenced line of hand-crafted, small-batch, fermented, specialty sauerkrauts, kimchis, kombucha & water kefir.
Our wild-fermented krauts and kimchi are made with raw vegetables & sea salt, using traditional fermentation methods, resulting in probiotic-rich food that aids in digestion and immune system support. Our kombucha & water kefir are made with starter-cultures that create probiotic-rich, naturally-fizzy, refreshing beverages.
