Show Information

Application Guidelines

Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received.

While there is no deadline for applying, we encourage you to apply as early as possible in order to have your special requests met.

Letters of Acceptance, together with receipts for your booth fee, shall begin to be issued in February, at which time your deposit cheques and VISA/Mastercard numbers will be processed.

Booths may be limited in certain categories to ensure a balanced presentation

The sale of imported crafts and non-craft-related commercially produced items is prohibited


Booths

One or more booths may be reserved

One table (6' x 2 1/2') per booth, plus chairs and power are included in booth fee

Exhibitors requiring draping, table skirting, carpeting, lighting, etc., may rent them from Darwin Event Group in Halifax 1-877-679-7177 or you may order them on site during set-up.

Please call show management for draping, table skirting, carpeting and  lighting requests, or you may order them on site during set-up.


Power

Every booth is furnished with one 1500-watt circuit (duplex outlet), which is sufficient to power 25 60-watt bulbs, or its equivalent.

Bring power bars/extension cords.

Unloading Entrances

Convenient ground-level entrances on Almon, Windsor, and Young Streets

Helpers available to assist with unloading.

Entrances close at 9:30am
